The Fitness room of National Kaohsiung Universit used,managed and rented points Amended and passed by 91th Excutive Council on May 23 , 2008 1.Set the points for play the Fitness room full function and maintain equipment. 2.The fitness room used for teaching and Dance Associations(Including ballroom dancing, aerobics, aerobics dance ... ... etc.) or open to use without affect the teaching.
The priorities are as follows：
(1)Physical Education
(2)activities by Physical Education office
(3)the school (Schools) sports which school approved
(4)school athletic team training
(5)dance Associations
(6)school staffs and students
(7)Alumni
(8)outside organizations 3.The room is about 220 square meters . It just rent for more than 10 groups to play effectiveness. 4.One of the following circumstances,borrowing units stop the use and margin confiscated by Physical Education office and security .Our students may request the Student Affairs office
in accordance with school regulations deal with：
(1)those who undermine the reputation of our school.
(2)contrary to good customs or social purpose activities
(3)the activities engaged in by private or personal interests
(4)damage buildings and facilities for venues.
(5)registration does not match the content
(6)other violations of this approach 5.Charge： | | Maintenance costs

Use the room the student dance associations approved by the school, no Maintenance costs (air conditioning costs as usual fee), 2 times per week,once in 4 hours.The community people have premiums. 6.Loan by school Associations：Borrowed time include the night (18:00 – 22:00)，ouside teaching use and holidays.Apply for three days at Physical Education office ；Applied time is AM 9：00 ~ 11：00 on Monday , Wednesday and Friday ; PM14：00 ~ 16：00 on Tuesdat and Thursday.
7.Loan by ouside groups： Apply for three days at Physical Education office
8.School must be recovered room for special reasons,will notified the borrowing unit three days ago and no disputed .
9.Please put on shoe inside the shoe.
10.No foods,drinks,dangerous goods and pets in.
11.After use,the site must be reinstated and clean.
12. Be ware to avoid the occurrence of injuries and accident insurance may cover as necessary.
13.If damage occurred, the borrower should assume responsibility for damages.
14.The documents fixed and pass through by the Executive Council. |
