National Kaohsiung University's Venues use and management
Amended and passed 60th Executive Council on January 22 , 2005 1. Set the rules for using , maintenance and managed the stadium. The term of the sports complex include basketball courts, volleyball courts, baseball fields, tennis courts, badminton courts, squash courts, track and field, billiards room, fitnessRooms and other venues and auxiliary equipment. The sports facilities managed by the sports room, and perform related business. 2.The stadium including basketball courts, volleyball courts, baseball fields, tennis courts, badminton courts, squash courts, track and field, billiards room, gymnasium and other facilities and auxiliary equipment.The stadiuum managed by the sports room. 3.The stadium used for Physical Education , activities by Physical Education office , the school (Schools) sports which school approved , school athletic team training , school athletic association , school staff, students , outside organizations and borrow moderately open. The priorities are as follows: (1)Physical Education (2)activities by Physical Education office (3)the school (Schools) sports which school approved (4)school athletic team training (5)school athletic association (6)school staff, students (7)outside organizations 4.The official activities held at the stadium by athletic team , athletic association , school staff, students and outside organizations , should be handled under this approach and approved by school-related units . 5.One of the following circumstances,borrowing units stop the use and margin confiscated by Physical Education office and security . (1)those who undermine the reputation of our school.
(2)contrary to good customs or social purpose activities
(3)the activities engaged in by private or personal interests
(4)damage buildings and facilities for venues.
(5)registration does not match the content
(6)other violations of this approach 6.Borrowing unit shall maintain equipment and devices.They shall be paid and repair if damage. 7.Not allowed the dangerous activites which like javelin, discus, shot put, hammer throw, baseball and softball on athletic field 8.Users must comply with the use of project-specific sites, and view the equipment before using.Outdoor venues are not open for use if wet. 9.The venue is strictly prohibited firecrackers and set off firecrackers .If do , call police.If accidental injury ,offenders and borrowing unit should held criminally liable and pay compensation. 10.Use stadium should be consent by Physical Education office and reinstatement .Stop using if violated the preceding paragraph. 11.The venue can post or hang any publicity material in the range the Physical Education office agreed . 12.School must be recovered stadium for special reasons,will notified the borrowing unit three days ago and no disputed . 13.Borrowing unit to use the school stadium,all personnel should be accident insurance. 14.If this regulation is not entirely matters ,Processing according to ''National Kaohsiung University's Stadium use and management details'' and related provisions. 15.The document fixed and pass through by the Executive Council. |
