National Kaohsiung University's Venues use and management details
Amended and passed by 61th Executive Council on January 22 , 2005
1.Set the rules for managed and maintained the places and equipments of the stadium.
2.Stadium loan process
(1)download the loan application form from the athletic department website, fill out and delivery to Physical Education office.
(2)Sports teams , associations or staffs rented need the activities' documents which school approbated.
(3)Outsiders will need to notify the school, approved before they can borrow.
(4)Approved borrowing, please refer to (National University stadium lease fee), pay at the cashier's office, take the receipt to the Physical Education Office to complete the formalities.
3.Loan the stadium
(1)the formalities Stadium loan must be made before two weeks ago.The borrowing priority was depend on ''Article 3,National Kaohsiung University's Stadium use and management''.First register if priority was the same.
(2)It may be temporary lease if the site did not hire.Temporary leaseholder was not suitable the rule ''Article 3,National Kaohsiung University's Stadium use and management''.
(3)The cost of cleaning was deducted from margin and shall not apply to use within one month if the site no clean.
4.Stadium charges
(1)Margin:Margin refunded without interest after the sports room check out within one hour after the end of activites.
(2)Site maintenance costs:Charges on the borrowing facilities for the maintenance and management costs
(3)Lighting:Discount refund or another time and site arrangements to borrow units if space can not be used .
(4)Non-refundable deposit if the loan units stop using within time.
5.No wearing clothes or shoes ,not into the Stadium.
6.No play baseball and softball outside baseball field .If people have do this , staffs or school Patrols can cease their activities and make them leave.
7.Users should take good care of the venue facilities, and jointly maintain the cleanliness and order.Offenders, one month can not apply for loan and pay.
8.In an accident within using , borrowing units should responsible for their own.
9.Violate the rule or comply with advice , staffs have right to asked him to leave or cancel the use of qualified.
10.The borrowing unit shall not be installed without the approval of the electrical equipment within the period of the loan.
University have the right to receive electricity by use the approval of electrical equipment.
11.Processing in accordance with the relevant provisions of the University if the rules are not entirely matters.
12.The document fixed and pass through by the Executive Council.
